What does a Collection Specialist do?

• Help people and businesses find solutions for payment arrears.
• No rigid scripts – you have the freedom to negotiate in your own way.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communication with debtors.
• Advise clients and proactively keep them informed of your successes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the highest possible recovery scores!
• Accurately document all activities in our systems.
