We are committed to investigating your complaint thoroughly. Therefore, we kindly ask you to complete the form below.
Please note: A formal complaint against Ultimoo must specifically concern misconduct or errors during the collection process. Substantive disputes regarding the invoice itself will not be processed as a complaint; these must be discussed directly with your case manager.
What happens to my complaint?
First, Ultimoo will conduct an (internal) investigation into your complaint. You will receive feedback on the results of this investigation within 15 days.
What if I am not satisfied with the resolution?
If you remain dissatisfied after receiving Ultimoo's response, you may escalate your complaint to the Dutch Association of Debt Collection Agencies (NVI) or the Financial Services Complaints Tribunal (Kifid). We recommend checking their respective guidelines beforehand to see if they are authorized to handle your specific case.
