Credit Expo 2026: Beyond Borders in credit management
On Thursday 5 November 2026, the 21st edition of Credit Expo takes place at 1931 Congrescentrum in 's-Hertogenbosch. Ultimoo will be there again this year, as an exhibitor and with its own inspiration session. In this article you will read what to expect from the day and where to find us.
Credit Expo is the largest knowledge and networking event for credit management in the Netherlands. More than 1,000 credit professionals, 45 exhibitors and over 40 seminars, expert sessions and round tables come together on a single day. The event is aimed at credit managers, credit controllers, finance managers, CFOs and risk professionals: everyone involved in order-to-cash, debt collection and credit risk. Admission is free for decision-makers, policymakers and users of credit management solutions.
The theme: Beyond Borders
The 21st edition is dedicated to Beyond Borders. The programme looks at internationalisation, at collaboration across the chain and at the growing importance of working with other disciplines inside and outside your own organisation. A theme that closely matches the developments Ultimoo is right in the middle of this year.
With the acquisition of TCM Belgium, Ultimoo is taking the step across the border. TCM Belgium continues to operate under its own name in Belgium, and through this acquisition Ultimoo becomes part of the international TCM Group network. For clients with debtors outside the Netherlands, this means a single point of contact and a partner that knows the local rules, language and culture.
Borders, however, do not only run between countries. They also run between departments, between systems and between parties in the chain. Those who organise receivables management, debt collection and customer contact as separate islands leave money and customer relationships on the table. It is precisely these borders that take centre stage on 5 November.
Ultimoo inspiration session: Beyond Borders? Beyond Belief!
In chain collaboration, things often go wrong in the place where nobody is looking. That is not theory, but the daily reality of everyone who works with multiple parties on a single case. And it is exactly the principle an illusionist has built a profession on.
In Ultimoo's inspiration session, this is not explained but shown. In just half an hour, our illusionist demonstrates how easily you are misled as long as you are looking in the wrong direction. Do not expect slides full of process steps, but a relaxed half hour of magic and illusions with a serious undertone: what are you not looking at in your chain?

The session lasts half an hour, but Ultimoo will be on the exhibition floor all day. You are welcome to drop by without an appointment.
