Ultimoo Next 2026 a great success!

Last week, we organized 'Ultimoo Next', an exclusive and inspiring client day for a select group of business relations. During this special afternoon, we reflected on Ultimoo's ambitious future plans, the impact of technological innovation within credit management, and the importance of dreams and perseverance.

Big dreams and a look ahead

During the first part of the afternoon, CEO Arjan Stigter took the floor to guide the attendees through Ultimoo's strategic course. He spoke about the solid growth we have experienced in recent years and looked ahead to our future plans. A central theme was that we set the bar high, completely in line with the title of our internal plan: "If your dreams don't scare you, they are not big enough."

Subsequently, Marketing Manager Jorrit de Koeijer lifted a corner of the veil regarding the strategic steps and the renewed identity we are working hard on behind the scenes. We are keeping the exact details a secret for just a little longer, but we look forward to sharing more with the outside world soon about these new developments and our fresh, future-proof brand identity.

AI in the workplace

Following the look at our own organization, Stephan Peters, Manager of Innovation & Processes, took the guests into the wonderful world of Artificial Intelligence. Within Ultimoo, we are constantly looking for ways to further optimize our services. Stephan provided a concrete demonstration of how we are already successfully deploying AI today.

One of the highlights was the introduction of our newest digital colleague: Femke. It was made clear how AI seamlessly supports our team with processes such as quality checks, automated call notes, and processing emails. These smart innovations ensure that we can work even more efficiently and accurately for our clients.

The power of perseverance

As an impressive conclusion to the substantive program, former top athlete Leontien van Moorsel took the stage. With an open and honest story, she spoke about her remarkable career, the inevitable setbacks on the road to success, and the absolute necessity of perseverance when chasing your dreams. It was a presentation that visibly made an impression on the audience.

Her story about resilience ultimately brought her to her current mission: the Leontienhuis. This special foundation offers a safe haven and guidance to young people with eating disorders and their loved ones. It is a wonderful initiative that shows how, from your own experience, you can empower others to recover. Would you also like to support this important work? Via the Leontienhuis website, you can read more about their impact and how you can support this initiative.

A successful conclusion

After the program, there was plenty of time to catch up during a pleasant drinks reception. It was precisely during these informal moments that valuable conversations arose between our clients and colleagues. The reactions to the event were exceptionally positive; we received many wonderful compliments about the openness with which we shared our ambitions and the inspiring content of the afternoon.

We look back on a fantastic edition of Ultimoo Next, in which we not only showed who we are today, but above all, with how much ambition we are looking towards the future.
